Our training is based on personal challenge and discipleship. Our students are required to work in one of the poorest and most dangerous areas in St. Louis. This is a great environment for cultivating a servant's heart for others. Each student must apply and then be approved in order to participate.

Our training focus is personal so each student will experience something uniquely challenging to them as a leader. Our activities will take you out on the streets where you will face real people with real life challenges. We will spend our time cleaning the streets, repairing buildings, ministering to the residents, and many other practical things. Your typical day will include a mix of classroom and hands-on ministry training.
