Our approach to leadership development is to personalize our training to the individual. We use a discipleship approach to training. Our three week training is spent in St. Louis where our students participate in a mix of class room training sessions and real street level ministry.

No Comfort Zone! Our training will definitely take you out of your comfort zone. We will challenge you to live a more disciplined spiritual life. We will teach you how to personally minister to others. We will put you on the streets facing issues you can never fix alone. Does this sound good to you? If you are accepted for this training program and complete it successfully, you may be offered an opportunity to join our ministry full time, start a ministry of your own, or apply to be a Narrow Gate Sanctuary Home Host. our goal is to facilitate a wave of missionaries to America's inner-cities.
